The Effect of Different Steaming Temperatures on Albumin Levels of Scad Fish (Decapterus ruselli)

The alternative needed get cheaper but has same clinical aspects, such as scad fish (Decapterus ruselli). purpose this study determine effect different steaming temperatures on levels ruselli) optimal temperature obtain This research was conducted by Completely Randomized Design (CRD) method 4 treatments with 5 replications. parameters observed were content, yield. tested using One Way Analysis Variance (ANOVA) followed Duncan Multiple Range Test. results showed treatment had significant (p<0.05) percentage content. optimum highest content species Decapterus ruselli 35℃ an 0.1394 g/L.
